Tesfa's Kids

Tesfa’s Kids launched in 2021 in partnership with Kidus Estifanos, a non-profit based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. A cohort of students is selected every year based on family situation and financial status. Their school expenses and miscellaneous costs are covered every year until completion of grade 12.

First cohort: Liya, Musa, Redeate, Tizita, Tsion, Mesay, and Fitsum.

In March 2022 we welcomed seven additional students: Tariku, Seham, Arsema, Fuad, Mekdes, Kalayu, and Kirubel — bringing our total to 14 sponsored students.

How to help: Sponsor our next cohort! The annual cost is $1,750 ($250 per child). Sponsors can pay a one-time fee of $250 or a semi-annual fee of $125.
