Build a Library at Lenchicho Primary and Secondary School

Lenchicho Primary and Secondary School, located in the small town of Lenchico, 230 km south of Addis Ababa, is home to hundreds of students. Poverty levels tend to be higher in rural areas — many teachers, students, and staff lack learning materials and space.

Libraries are the heart of schools and fundamental to transforming learning. Yet too many schools in rural Ethiopia lack access to libraries within walking distance.

The construction cost is approximately 2,700,000 ETB (~$50,000 USD at June 2023 exchange rates). With your generosity, we can equip these students with the space and materials they need to succeed.
